Effective Immediately, the Club will be retailing fuel to CLUB MEMBERS ONLY until a Hobby Shop is opened locally. Two types of fuel is available. 15% Coolpower at $15.00 per gallon and 30% Helo Coolpower at $22.00 per gallon.

Orders for fuel should be turned in to Kyron Cochran (KC), 334-447-6272 by the 20th of the month. Delivery will be the First Saturday of each month. KC is usually at Hunt on Saturday mornings and Brown Sunday afternoons.

Cash or check only, no credit cards. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TENDING A BAD CHECK.

For the immediate future, Stan Grett may have some fuel available when he is at the Field.

There is a shortage of Nitro on the market so as of now and until further notice there will be no Coolpower 30% fuel manufactured. at this time there is none for sale in the club and once any shops have sold out there will be none available till the shortage is released and according to Fred at Morgan that's no time in the near future, don't go calling Fred/Morgan, they are out and won't be making any more, even the sponsored pilots are SOL.

To all the YS guys who are currently running 30%, we've been testing the 20% heli fuel and while it is less power it still runs in the YS engines and helicopters as well as the 30% fuel did, the 15% fuel does not, nor does the 20% pro pattern (I think Hipwell is the only one using this fuel anyways), the oil content and viscosity of the 15% and the pro pattern are dramatically different then the heli fuels and they do not perform as well in the YS and high performance heli engines.

The cost of the 20% is unfortunately $22/g as of today and I've got 1 case for the club at that price, this price will be going up almost daily so as soon as this case is sold the price will go up to whatever the cost is the day we buy replacement fuel.

15% as of today has went to $17/g BUT in the club we have roughly 3 cases that are still $15/g till that supply is exhausted.

Also if you need fuel I can be reached at 447-6272, I live just off Rucker Blvd in Enterprise, and you can pick it up here most any time or call me in advance and it can be brought to the flying field on my next trip out I no longer carry unordered fuel to the field,it's just too much hassle to do so if nobody is buying it once I get it there.
